Refund Policy

At REI Bookkeeping Services, LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality bookkeeping services tailored to real estate investors. Because our services are customized and ongoing, we generally do not offer refunds once services have commenced.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that REI Bookkeeping Services, LLC materially breaches the terms of the signed service agreement or contract. Examples of a material breach include:

  • Failure to perform services as outlined in the agreement

  • Unauthorized disclosure of confidential client information

  • Gross negligence in service delivery

Refund Process

If you believe a material breach has occurred:

  1. Notify us in writing within 30 days of the incident, providing specific details.

  2. We will review your claim promptly and work with you to resolve the issue.

  3. If it is determined that a material breach occurred, a refund may be issued at our discretion, which could be a full or partial refund depending on circumstances.

No Other Refunds

Except as described above, all fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly bookkeeping fees

  • Setup or onboarding fees

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. Please review your service agreement for further details regarding your contractual obligations.
